At Lift Your Table®, we’re proud to design and manufacture our products in the USA and ship them quickly and with care. Here’s what to expect when you place an order with us:
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders received by 3 PM PST ship same day.
During busy times or promotions, processing may take a little longer. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which we’ll communicate clearly.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
We ship using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers for larger orders.
Please note: delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
Custom Tablecloths
Typically, we ship within 4-5 business days after the receipt of the order, sometimes even sooner! After that, the typical transit time will depend on how far you are located from our factory in Florida.
We recommend at least two weeks lead time to account for any unexpected delays in manufacturing or shipping. We also recommend that you dry fit the tablecloth upon receipt to ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Expedited Shipping
We have the ability to use expedited shipping services, please choose the expedited shipping option that you would like during checkout.
Large or Commercial Orders
Bulk or commercial orders (such as for events, schools, or businesses) may ship via freight. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please reach out to our team to coordinate delivery details.
Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, we aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are not issued for carrier delays, though expedited shipping fees may be refunded if applicable.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or seems lost, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at customerservice@liftyourtable.com and include your order number.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us before purchasing.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Folding Table Risers
Although we have compatibility images on our website, 99% of our returns are due to the wrong set being ordered that is not compatible with the customers' folding table leg design. We offer an easy exchange program to get you the set of risers that is compatible with your folding table, just fill out our exchange form here. If you are interested in exchanging for another product, that’s great. If not, that’s fine too.
We offer a 100% total satisfaction guarantee for our folding table risers. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with our product, we will exchange or refund your purchase price so order with total confidence.

Custom Tablecloths
Please measure and choose your tablecloth options carefully, as custom tablecloths are not returnable because they are made to your specifications. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
