Will your risers work with a stool, bar stool, bench, or other furniture?

No, the risers were designed for folding tables only. Our risers will not raise furniture.

An image of a bed, a stool, a chair, and two versions of tables crossed out with a red x symbolizing that none of these types of furniture are compatible to be raised with Lift Your Table® folding table risers.

Will your Counter Height (For Straight Leg Design) risers work on a student desk?

Yes, they work on a student desk. There will be a marginal sway in the resulting table, but for most teachers, it works perfectly for them.

However, the best solution for teachers who want to create a standing desk for students is to use a smaller folding table, 5’ or 6’ with a Bent Leg design by going to our Choose Your Risers listing and selecting Bent Leg folding tables and either our Counter Height (approximately 36") or our Bar Height (approximately 42") options depending on the height of the student(s). This creates a standing desk station in the classroom, possibly even accommodating two students with one table. Thank you for choosing Lift Your Table® for your classroom!
