10 Ways Plus BONUS to Help You Celebrate November 8!

Why should you honor November 8? Glad you asked! It’s National STEM/STEAM Day for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math education here in the US.
This kind of learning is often very hands-on, so it’s great for those who need to touch and play with everything. They could be great prospects for future STEM/STEAM professionals!
How can you celebrate National STEM/STEAM Day? Let us count the ways…
1.Be a citizen scientist and observe the clouds for the Fall Cloud Challenge. It ends November 15 so make sure you get the app and are ready to look up!
2. Let the kids blast off some straw rockets while learning about physics.
3. Check out a museum dedicated to the subject! If you’re not sure what’s in your area, you can look at a list of museums here.
4. Ever wanted to fly a supersonic plane? Get the flight simulator right on your laptop!
6. If you’ve got a budding engineer on your hands, you can look at some programs designed just for kids.
7. Make hot ice right in your kitchen. It’ll be a fun break from working and schooling from home with a hands-on experiment.
8. Robots are big, and kids can design their own propeller-powered car. Better yet, get the whole bunch involved so they can race!
9. Our educational system doesn’t do a great job with providing financial education. And a lot of the texts can be, well, boring. So play a game instead.
10. You may not be a big fan of slime, but your kids probably are. Make the magnetic stuff and see the difference.
BONUS: Another popular topic for many kids is the study of dinosaurs. Use toilet paper rolls to build a dinosaur skeleton.

I set up an area on my back porch for bleaching and dyeing shirts. Unfortunately, the tables I got didn't have adjustable heights. My back was constantly aching from bending over a table for prolonged periods. I ordered these after seeing all the reviews on Amazon. What a lifesaver! They went on so easily and the tables are super sturdy. Perfect height for working without pain!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
I ordered the wrong size from Amazon. When I tried to return them, Amazon directed me to the Lift Your Table company. I spoke with Bethany and she helped me figure out what size I need. She did not charge me for the additional expense of the larger size. She only charged me $15 for shipping. She told me that I didn’t need to return the original set but to gift them to someone who could use them. She was very professional and very kind. I highly recommend this “Made in America” company!
The NuChair design makes sense, so I bought one, and my staff love it! It does offload the low back when sitting and maintains tall strong sitting posture while sitting. In 40 years of practice I have never seen a chair that can deliver good ergonomics and postural support. The NuChair is the NuWay to get it done. Bravo.
These are a life-saver. I am going to get them for all of my work tables. No more hunching over! And, I can stand and work if I want to. We know that sitting is really bad for us. This was a VERY worthwhile purchase.
I am a DJ and I get tired of bending over all the time on a normal table. This thing did the trick! It puts everything at a much easier level so I can see it and reach for it so much easier.
Wow! These were the perfect solution to use at our food booth during a big event. Instead of purchasing another stainless steel prep table, we used these to elevate our normal 8′ tables and they were a lifesaver! Or should I say back-saver?
After a month, it’s really hard to complain about much regarding the chair. My shoulders, neck, and lower back all feel the difference, and as a 25 year tattooist, I feel the effects of work on my body. I train, stretch, and eat well, but also have a massive neck injury that has threatened to take me from my career, and it feels like this chair adds some years back!
My only suggestions would be for a more breathable, simple to clean material. Wearing jeans in this chair can get fairly sweaty, but I’m working around that.
Additionally, the other thought I had was to offer a shock height option for those of us that are tall. I suggested it already to the staff, and they provided me full specs on the current shock so I would be able to find a larger one utilizing the same width dimensions.
