- The customer ordered the wrong version of our risers (Risers Don’t Work) OR
- The customer ordered our risers for a table (or chair) our risers are not compatible with.
Risers don’t work:
If you have a set of our risers that don’t raise your table, most likely, you need our Lift Your Table® folding table risers STRAIGHT LEG KIT. Contact us by email at customerservice@liftyourtable.com and we will exchange you into the proper set. (We will ask you for a photo of the table you are trying to raise so we can make sure we send you the correct set.)
Risers not compatible:
We offer a 100% total satisfaction guarantee for our folding table risers. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with our product, we guarantee we will exchange or refund your purchase price so you can order with total confidence.
